The Parish Hall is available for hire for Funeral Receptions. Catering can also be arranged.

Funeral Liturgy Coordinator: Volunteer position vacant
Star of the Sea parish has the service of a funeral liturgy coordinator. The coordinator has extensive experience as a grief and loss counsellor. In this ministry, the coordinator liaises with the grieving family and friends, the funeral directors, the data projectionist, the musician and the parish priest. The funeral coordinator does ensure the funeral service is fully prepared and conducted with great dignity and respect according to the family’s expectations.
