The Office for Safeguarding Services encourages feedback from parish communities about key elements of the Archdiocesan approach to safeguarding. To gather this information, we have created three Safeguarding Surveys (child, youth, and adult) for distribution.
Each of the surveys have 10 questions or less and should take no more than a couple of minutes to complete. The surveys can be accessed via the links below. A poster and the QR codes for each survey are also attached. Child Safeguarding Survey (5-12 yrs) Youth Safeguarding Survey (13-17yrs) Parish Safeguarding Survey (Adults) We would appreciate if you could please promote these surveys to your communities (Eg. Via parish bulletins/newsletters, social media, parish noticeboards, at Mass etc.). Please note: Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent to complete the survey. Therefore, we recommend that parents complete the surveys with their children. The surveys will remain open for the next few weeks. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. |
